The classes at Dan Greak's School Of TaeKwon-Do are a positive reinforcement toward you, or your child's mental and physical development. Classes are conducted in a non-competitive, safe atmosphere. Each student is encouraged to build on their own strengths, recognize and work through their fears or doubts in him or herself, and become confident they can achieve their goals in life.

As a guideline for developing each student's mental health the Tenets of TaeKwon-Do are reinforced throughout each class. The Tenets of TaeKwon-Do are: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control, and Indomitable Spirit. Each week our students are assigned a certain aspect of one or more of the Tenets to work on outside of the Do Jang (TaeKwon-Do School). Parents can help reinforce these Tenets within the home to help guide their child's behavior as they learn to express their own individuality within the family structure.

Physically each student improves; coordination of both left and right sides of the body, equilibrium or balance, endurance and breath control, strength and proper use of their body for self-defense and physical stamina. As each student continues training in TaeKwon-Do, their physical abilities and skills "naturally" develope.

It is our goal to create a positive, memorable experience that you, or your child can reflect on throughout an entire lifetime.

We offer a flexible class schedule geared toward the developement of the individual student and the family structure. Please feel free to stop in or call for a current class schedule.
